On July 2, the first issuance ceremony of Fuzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau was officially held during the 2021 Spring Festival in Fuzhou. This time, Ms. Wei, the human resources manager of Fuzhou Taigene Industry, was invited to participate in the launching ceremony to receive the employment subsidy during the Spring Festival on behalf of the company.

       During the Spring Festival this year, as the epidemic eased, in order to ensure that the employment situation is basically stable, Fuzhou introduced the province’s largest and highest amount of employment stabilization insurance and job rebate policy. According to the per capita standard of 3870 yuan, the manufacturing industry that continuously produces during the Spring Festival , Business services, electronic information, urban transportation and other industries to provide rewards and supplements.

Call on migrant workers inside and outside the company to stay for the festival, and according to the needs of production and the employees' own wishes, refer to the legal standards for the payment of wages and rest and vacation of employees during the two festivals, pay full labor remuneration and make overall arrangements for rest time. After review by the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, taxation, industry and information, electric power and other departments, Fuzhou Taigene Industry finally received a total of 2.8 million yuan in subsidies.
