In order to prevent this problem, on April 23, 2021, Mr. Xu, a senior consultant from Shanghai Semfada, was specially invited to carry out the "CQI-23 Molding System Evaluation" training for the quality personnel in the factory.

This training was lectured by Mr. Xu. She is an IRCA international registered auditor and a VDA6.3 tripartite auditor. She is responsible for electroplating, heat treatment, hot forging, stamping, machining, assembly, welding, and soldering in the automotive parts manufacturing industry. , Molding and other processes are very familiar. This time, Mr. Xu conducted training on the weak links of molding at different levels, and guided the improvement of the CQI management system to conduct a systematic self-assessment.

Through this training, employees fully understand the requirements of CQI-23 molding system, and understand the methods and ideas of effective implementation of CQI-23.
