3. Proficient in 3D mechanical drawing and relevant office software;

4. Familiar with manufacturing equipment and mechanical maintenance skills;

5. Be able to understand pneumatic schematic diagram and be familiar with pneumatic components.

1. Carry out maintenance of equipment electrical circuit and error proofing system faults to ensure normal operation of production equipment;

2. According to the production requirements of the production line, self-made equipment and completed the electrical system design to ensure the smooth implementation of the new project;

3. According to the production demand of the production line, continuously improve the equipment efficiency and capacity to ensure the maximum demand of customer orders

conducive to reducing equipment failure rate;

4. Monthly statistics and analysis of equipment failure rate, data archiving and experience sharing, which is conducive to reducing equipment failure rate;

5. Assist the supervisor in formulating monthly, quarterly and annual plans of the department;

6. Assist the supervisor in daily supervision and work progress tracking of the team.

1. College degree or above, major in electrical automation;

2. At least 2 years experience in equipment maintenance;

3. Proficient in application of Mitsubishi PLC, servo and other industrial control products, proficient in electrical drawing and control circuit design; Management concept is preferred;

4. Proficient in office software, basic English reading ability.
